Nicholas D’Andrea joined the firm in 2025 as an associate.  He has experience in intellectual property litigation and patent prosecution.  Mr. D’Andrea has litigated patent, trade secret, and contract dispute cases.  In prosecution, he has worked with clients in a variety of industries, including power grid, food and beverage, and utility equipment.

After law school, Mr. D’Andrea clerked for Hon. Ryan T. Holte on the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.  Prior to joining the firm, he practiced intellectual property litigation at a large Washington, D.C. law firm and prosecuted patents at a boutique firm in Durham, N.C.  He holds a J.D. from Notre Dame Law School, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Notre Dame Law Review, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University.

Mr. D’Andrea aims to provide clients with an integrated approach to their intellectual property, ensuring their legal strategies align with their broad business goals.
