MWZB is proud to announce that the JPTOS has published “Routine Optimization: A Performance Review” by Ryan Pool (JPTOS_Vol101_No3). The paper looks at obviousness rejections based on the legal doctrine of Routine Optimization. The paper compares reversal rates before the Board for these rejections across each technology center and against standard obviousness reversal rates.
