Allison Gaul, Of Counsel, at MWZB was honored to be the moderator of a panel on Diversity in IP Practice, sponsored by the Giles S. Rich American Inn of Court and Howard University School of Law. Panelists included Judge Kara Stoll of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit; General Katherine White, Army General and Professor at Wayne State University Law School; Marla Butler of Thompson Hine, and Dale Davis, Chief Patent Counsel an d Assistant General Counsel at Cummins, Inc. Ms. Gaul has dedicated much time over the last 10 years to improving representation of diverse persons within the innovation ecosystem and was thrilled to be a part of this esteemed panel.
