MWZB is pleased and proud to announce that Allison Gaul has officially joined the electrical and computer engineering team.
Allison joins the firm as Of Counsel, bringing expertise in U.S. patent and privacy law, and extensive experience in artificial intelligence, blockchain, and software-related technologies. She is the immediate past Chair of the American Intellectual Property Law Association’s (AIPLA) Emerging Technologies Committee, where she lead efforts to guide international policy on AI and IP and organized a conference on AI and IP in business. She currently serves as the vice-chair of AIPLA’s Public Education Committee and Co-Chair of the Emerging Tech Sub-committee on Blockchain. Allison has several publications and speaking engagements on topics related to the role of IP for emerging technologies, AI, and blockchain.
