MWZB is at the forefront of compact prosecution strategic development. Thomson and Reuters has now recognized and added our strategic insights relating to petitions to their Practical Law Resource.
MWZB developed a strategy for using petitions to prevent Examiners from ignoring applicant arguments in Office Action actions. This strategy was developed over years of practice and a paper on this practice was published by AIPLA Quarterly Journal, a publication of the American Intellectual Property Law Association, which is housed at the George Washington University Law School. Thomson and Reuters has now added its endorsement to this strategy by adding it to its Practical Law Resource. A PDF copy of this resource can be found below.
