The AIPPI World Congress will bring together intellectual property practitioners from all over the world to discuss topics and present each countries position on four Study Questions: Inventiveness and the sufficiency of disclosure in AI inventions, Industrial designs and the role of prior art, Reasonable awareness in compensation for infringement of IP rights, and the Registrability of trademarks against public order and morality. Mr. Nixon and Ms. Montfort also will attend panel sessions and virtual cafes to meet with colleagues.
