The patent professionals at MWZB have experience in all areas of patent law, both domestic and foreign including patent preparation and prosecution, validity and freedom to operate assessments, due diligence analyses, interferences, licensing and litigation. The technical expertise within the group encompasses a wide variety of disciplines including chemical, biotechnology, and mechanical inventions. Prior industry experience at technical research labs, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and corporations has enhanced the patent group's ability to effectively work with clients to ensure good protection of their inventions. The client base primarily comprises major U.S. and foreign corporations but a significant number of universities, small corporations and individuals are represented.
