Biography:

Mr. Culver has practiced intellectual property law since receiving his JD in 1990 from George Mason University. He joined the firm in January 2005 and now focuses on trademarks, unfair competition and litigation. Mr. Culver has litigated in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia (the 'Rocket Docket'). He is also admitted to practice before other federal district courts and appellate courts, and is a member of the Virginia State Bar and International Trademark Association.
