Mr. Moses is involved in a wide range of mechanical, medical and electrical patent matters, as well as trademark matters. He has extensive experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications and in rendering infringement and validity opinions. Mr. Moses has a B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Yale University and a JD from Catholic University. Prior to joining the firm in 1985, he was an engineer for the General Electric and Sikorsky Aircraft Companies, an Examiner in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and a patent attorney with the Western Electric Company. He is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association and was instrumental in establishing the Intellectual Property Law Section of the National Bar Association. He is a registered patent attorney and is admitted to practice before the courts of Virginia and the Federal Court.
